Do I have to sign a long term lease?

NO! You are only required to sign a month-to-month lease which automatically renews each month until you vacate the unit. Therefore, you can stay as short or as long as you wish.

What hours do I have access to my unit?

Access is available 7 days a week from 6:00 am - 9:00 pm. However, 24 hour access is available to your unit upon request. 

Does anyone else have access to my unit?

NO! You store it! You lock it! You keep the key!

What kind of security do you provide?

We pride ourselves on the security of our state-of-the-art storage facilities. Most of our locations have an on-site manager and a computer controlled gate access system allowing only customers into the storage portion of the facility. All of our locations are well lit and have video surveillance cameras and are completely fenced in.

What are climate controlled units?

They are units that are heated and cooled by central heat and air conditioning which also controls the humidity in the unit. This allows your items to be stored as if they were stored in your own home or office.

At what temperature do you maintain the climate controlled units?

60-79 degrees.
